How do I find a paper stock or product I ordered before?

Previous stocks and products live on their respective product pages, so the fastest route is to open the page for the item you ordered.

• By product page: uncoated business card stocks, for example, appear in the options on the business cards product page.
• By order number: if you remember it, support can look up the exact stock and specs from that record.
• By reorder: pulling up a past order is often the quickest way to match specs exactly.

If the stock name is not obvious in the selector, reach out to support with your old order number and they can pinpoint it.
