What should I do if my proofs have poor resolution or other issues?
Answer
If a proof shows low resolution or any other problem, do not approve it. Reject it instead so the job stays on hold and a technician can correct the file before printing.
- Click the Reject Proofs button on your proof page.
- Describe the issue in the comments, for example low resolution or blurry text.
- Attach a corrected file if you have one.
A technician reviews your feedback and sends updated proofs for you to check. Being specific about the problem helps them turn around an accurate revision the first time.
