What should I do if my files don't match the correct product dimensions?

If your uploaded files do not match the dimensions of the product you ordered, you can replace them with corrected files directly from your account without placing a new order.

• Log into your account.
• Find the order that needs corrected files.
• Click the Upload button to open the file upload page.
• Submit the corrected, correctly-sized files.

To avoid delays, build the new file to the exact ordered size, keep resolution at 300 DPI, and add 0.25" bleed anywhere the design runs to the edge. Once the corrected files pass review, the order continues through production.
