What should I do if my file size doesn't match the product size I ordered?
Answer
If your uploaded file size does not match the product size you ordered, contact support right away. The order is placed on hold while the correct files are supplied, so nothing prints at the wrong dimensions.
- Reach out to support as soon as you notice the mismatch.
- Log into your account, select the order number, and use the Upload button to send corrected files.
- Once new files are in, the order re-enters the technical review queue and is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
