What should I do if I see a 'checking files' message and can't find an approve button for my proofs?

A checking files message means the system is still processing your artwork, and the approve button appears only after that step finishes. In most cases a short wait clears it.

• Wait a moment, then refresh the proofs page.
• If the message stays, contact support to confirm the status.
• Keep in mind the job may already be approved and in production even if the button has not updated in your view.

If you selected Straight To Production at checkout, an approve button will not appear at all, since the job advances automatically once file review passes.
