What should I do if I find errors in my proofs?

If a proof does not look right, do not approve it. Rejecting it with clear notes sends the file back to a technician who makes the corrections and posts a revised proof for you.

1. Open the order and select the Reject Proofs button.
2. Enter detailed feedback in the comments, describing each error and the correction you want.
3. A technician reviews your notes and uploads revised proofs.
4. Check the new proof and approve only once it is correct.

The more specific your comments, the fewer proof rounds it takes, so point to exact text, colors, or placement that need to change.
