Can I cancel an order after placing it?

• Once your order enters the print queue, cancellation is not possible.
• The exact window depends on your product type and the turnaround you selected; cancelling is easiest before you approve proofs and before the job enters production.
• You can often cancel yourself: find the order in your account order list, click the Actions button on the right side of the order, and choose cancel if the option is available. If no Actions option shows, the job may already be moving toward print, so contact support.
• If you only need a correction, ask support whether the order can be modified instead of cancelled outright.
• Check the terms for the timing that applies to your order, and contact support quickly with your order number if you need to cancel; the sooner you request it, the better your chances.
