Do I need to approve proofs and authorize payment before production starts?

Yes. Before production begins, an order needs two things: accepted proofs and authorized payment.

1. Accept the online proofs.
2. Authorize payment.

• If the order is not approved within a few days of the proof upload, you will get a reminder notification.
• Proofs can be requested as PDF files, which some people find easier to review and approve.

Once both steps are done, the job is released for production.
