Question
Why is my coupon code showing 'reached the maximum number of uses'?
Answer
Coupon codes come with usage limits, so a reached the maximum number of uses message means that particular code has hit its cap and can no longer be applied.
- The code has been redeemed the maximum number of times or by the maximum number of customers allowed.
- It is now inactive and will not discount your order.
To keep saving, try one of these:
- Use a different active promotional code.
- Check the website for the current offers.
- Contact customer support to ask about available discounts.
Some codes also allow only one use per account, so they work on a first order but not a second, and a code can expire by date even before it reaches its cap.
