How do I make my order tax exempt?

Reach out to our support team and attach a copy of your NYS Tax Exemption or NYS Resale Certificate. We can then remove the sales tax from your account or from a particular order.

1. Place your orders online as usual and note the order numbers.
2. Contact support with those order numbers and a copy of your tax exemption documentation.
3. Support flags the specified orders as tax exempt, or applies the exemption to your account.

Reach out before approving an order for production so the exemption is in place when payment is processed. Please note that we do not retroactively reimburse sales taxes on orders placed more than 30 days ago.
