Why is my invoice total higher than the online price quote?

A final invoice can come in above the base online price when extra labor or finishing was added to your job. These specialized services are billed on top of the standard product price.

The total also changes when your files do not match the specs you ordered. For example, if you ordered one-sided printing but sent two-sided files, the job prints as designed, the order is adjusted, and your card is charged the difference. A $25 fee applies if 4OVER4 must add bleed to your file. Contact support if you think an adjustment was made in error.
