Question

Why is my tracking number not working on the carrier's website?

Answer

A tracking number that returns nothing on one carrier's site often means the order shipped with a different carrier than first indicated.

  • Check your shipment confirmation for the actual carrier. We may switch to FedEx or another carrier to deliver faster.
  • Try the number on the correct carrier's website.
  • Both shipments can share one order reference while using different carriers.
  • If it still fails, support can confirm the carrier and number.

Timing is the other common cause. A brand new number can show as invalid or return "Unable to Track Shipment" until the carrier physically scans the package:

  • Allow up to 24 hours after the order ships for the number to go live in the carrier's system.
  • Tracking only activates after the first physical scan at a facility, so a freshly printed label shows no history at first.
  • Status updates post in batches through the day rather than in real time, so check back in a few hours instead of refreshing constantly.
  • Re-check the number for a missing digit, an extra space, or a stray character if you pasted it in.
  • If it still shows nothing after a full business day, contact support with your order number so the shipment details can be verified.
