What should I do if my uploaded files don't match the order specifications?

If your files do not match the size or specifications of your order, 4OVER4 places the order on hold and contacts you with the details of the problem.

• The order goes on hold for technical review, and 4OVER4 reaches out with what needs fixing
• First confirm which is correct: if the order spec is wrong, contact support with your order number to adjust the order to match your file; if the file is wrong, fix the artwork instead of placing a new order
• Log in, find the order, and upload corrected files using the Upload button for that order number on the file upload page
• Build the corrected file to the exact ordered size, including the 0.25" bleed on every edge, and keep important text inside the safe margin so nothing is trimmed
• For a sides mismatch, for example a two-sided 4/4 file uploaded on a one-sided 4/0 order, production follows the files: the order is adjusted to match and your card is charged the difference
• Once new files are received and approved, the order re-enters the production queue on a first-come, first-served basis, and fresh proofs are posted so you can confirm before approving
