What if I upload a new file and want to replace an older one?

To replace one file with another, tell support clearly which file to swap and send the replacement. They handle the upload and re-post your proof.

• Contact customer support
• Name the exact file or version that should be replaced; labeling it clearly, for example adding FINAL to the filename, removes any guesswork
• Send the new file and say which design it replaces
• If a proof already shows the old version, reject that proof first so review works from the file you intend
• The team uploads it and re-posts your online proof, generated from the newest file
• Check your email for the new proof

Older uploads cannot be deleted from the order, but only the most recent file by timestamp is reviewed and printed, so make sure your final corrected version is the last one submitted. If you are unsure which version is live on your order, support can confirm the exact filename in queue.
