How do I upload revised design files for my order?

Revised files are uploaded directly through your account, and each new file goes back through proofing before it prints.

• Upload the revised files through your account: open the order and use the Upload button next to the order number. If a proof is already posted, reject it first to reopen the upload.
• Or email the file to support with your order number (send large files via WeTransfer) and the team uploads it for you.
• You cannot delete an earlier upload; the most recent file automatically supersedes older versions and is the one that prints, so label the corrected file clearly.
• The team reviews the new files, and an order that was on hold for file issues re-enters the technical review queue on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A fresh proof is provided for your approval before production begins. Approve only the latest proof, and note that any hard copy proof you already received is no longer valid once the file changes.

Sending a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 DPI with 1/8" (0.125") bleed keeps the revision clean, and nothing prints until you approve the updated proof. Swaps are only possible before production starts, so act quickly; if your proofs were already approved or the upload will not go through, contact support (phones open Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm EST) so an outdated version is not sent to print. You receive email updates at each step, including when the new proof is ready.
