Once the product is in your cart, you get the option to upload your design. The upload section appears during checkout or in your order details. A print-quality PDF is suggested, and there are two file requirements to keep the print clean.

• Use a print-quality PDF for the best result.
• If your file is in RGB or Pantone, it is converted to CMYK during processing.
• If you cannot find the upload link, contact support with your account email and the team can point you to it or attach the file for you.

Building in CMYK from the start gives you the most predictable colors, since conversions can shift certain bright or spot tones.
