What are coins and when do I need them?

Coins are a rewards currency, and there is one order type where they are not just a nice-to-have but a requirement: free business card orders.

• Required for free business cards: you need enough coins in your account to set up and authorize a free business card order.
• Optional elsewhere: on paid orders coins act as a discount you can apply or skip at checkout to lower what you pay, and they can also be used in promotional offers.
• Check before you start: confirm your balance so a free order does not stall at authorization. Your balance and every current redemption option live in the My Influence tab of your account.

If you are short on coins for a free order, you can keep earning through activity and orders on your account until you have enough. Unspent coins stay in your account between orders, and support can confirm exactly how many you have and how they apply to a specific order.
