How do I apply coins or redeemed credits to my order?

Coins and redeemed credits post to your order automatically once the order is confirmed, so there is nothing to chase down manually. Confirmation happens after your proofs are approved and released to print and an invoice has been generated for the job.

• When they apply: after proofs are approved, the order is sent to print, and an invoice is created. The discount amount is documented on that invoice, which you can download from your account.
• Redeeming coins: coins accumulate automatically with each purchase, and in the My Influence section of your account (Use Coins or Rewards) you convert your balance into a coupon code, delivered by email, that you enter at checkout before paying. Tiers include 500 coins for $5 off, 1,000 for $10 off, and 2,500 for $25 off, and some offers, like certain free business card deals, require a specific balance such as 500 coins, so confirm you have enough first.
• One discount per order: you cannot stack multiple coupons or promo codes on a single order, and a coin coupon will not apply while another code is active, so remove the other code first.
• Coins or a code, not both: if you hold a coupon and coins at the same time, pick the one you want to use for that order.
• Balance visible anytime: your account shows your current total, and remaining credits stay there for a future order. Coins cannot be applied retroactively once payment is complete.

If a credit does not show up after confirmation, contact support with your account email and order number and they can apply it for you and explain any restrictions on your balance.
