Question
I uploaded my files but can't see them on the site. What should I do?
Answer
If your files uploaded but do not appear where you expect, choosing the free online proofs option is the easiest path. A file representative reviews what you sent and posts digital proofs to your account.
- Select the free online proofs option on your order.
- A representative reviews your uploaded files.
- Digital proofs are posted to your account for you to view.
- Verify the design looks right before it goes to print.
This gives you a clear confirmation of exactly what was received and how it will print.
If files seem to disappear during upload, refresh the page and upload again, or try another browser such as Firefox. If a file is still missing, email it to support@4over4.com with your order number, and support can upload it for you.
