My uploaded files are a different size than what I ordered. What should I do?

If your uploaded artwork does not match the size you ordered, you do not need to place a new order. You can replace the file directly from your account, and the corrected version goes back through review.

• Log into your 4OVER4 account.
• Find the affected order and open it to reach the file upload page.
• Upload the correctly sized file.

Once the new file is in, the order returns to the technical review queue. It stays on hold until the corrected files are received and approved, then continues toward production.
