I uploaded a new design file-when will I see an updated proof?

Once you upload a new design file, 4OVER4 receives it and the file team generates an updated proof shortly after. You do not need to place a new order for the revised file.

• Notification: you are alerted by email when the new proof is posted to your account.
• Where to look: updated proofs appear in the same order under your account.
• Timing: proofs are prepared after file review, so check your email for the update rather than expecting it instantly.

When the new proof lands, review it the same way and approve it to move the order forward.
