I uploaded a new design file-when will I see an updated proof?

Once you upload a new design file, 4OVER4 receives it and the file team generates an updated proof shortly after. You do not need to place a new order for the revised file.

• Notification: you are alerted by email when the new proof is posted to your account.
• Where to look: updated proofs appear in the same order under your account.
• Timing: a rep checks the new file first; the proof posts within minutes on auto-proofed products, otherwise in about 20 minutes or within one business day. Uploads outside business hours are usually handled the next business day.

When the new proof lands, review it the same way and approve it to move the order forward.

Only the most recent file is reviewed, and each file shows the date and time it was received. You do not need to contact support after a re-upload. If a proof already shows the old file, reject it with comments so the review works from your new one.
