How long does it take for uploaded proofs to be reviewed and available for approval?

Once you upload your files, the prepress team checks them and posts a proof back to your account promptly, usually within about 10 minutes during business hours. You then review and approve that proof before the job moves into production.

• Turnaround on the proof is fastest when files are print-ready: correct dimensions, embedded fonts, and CMYK color.
• Files that need bleed added, low-resolution images flagged, or color mode converted may take a little longer to proof.
