How long does it take for uploaded files to be reviewed and proofs to be available for approval?

Once you upload your files, the 4OVER4 prepress team checks them and posts a proof to your account, usually within minutes when the product qualifies for auto-proofing, otherwise in about 20 minutes or within one business day, depending on order volume. A clean, print-ready file is often proofed much sooner.

• Proofing is fastest when files are print-ready: correct dimensions, embedded fonts and CMYK color.
• Files that need bleed added, low-resolution images flagged or color mode converted may take a little longer.
• You receive a notification by email and in your account when proofs are ready for approval.
• Nothing prints and production time does not begin until you approve the proof, so approving quickly protects your delivery date.
