What Belongs on the Panel, and What Must Not
This is where CBD packaging differs from ordinary retail packaging, and where a beautiful carton becomes a liability. The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as cannabis containing no more than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC by dry weight, which made hemp-derived CBD federally legal to grow and sell.
