Can I delete a PDF file after I've uploaded it?

Uploaded files, including PDFs, cannot be deleted on your own, but you do not need to. The file review team and production always work from your most recent upload, so a new version automatically takes the place of the old one.

• No manual delete: there is no self-serve option to remove a file once uploaded.
• Newest file wins: if you upload several files, the most recent one is reviewed and used for your order.
• Just re-upload: upload the corrected file and it becomes the active version.
• Proof to confirm: digital proofs are posted in your account so you can check the right version before it prints.
• Full removal: to have an unused file cleared entirely, contact support with the details.

To avoid any mix-up, add a clear label such as "FINAL" to the corrected file name. A rep checks the new upload and posts a fresh proof, so there is no need to contact support.
