Can I upload my design file after placing an order?
Answer
Forgetting to attach your file at checkout is easy to fix. Support can add it to an existing order.
- Contact support after your purchase to have the file uploaded.
- Provide your order number and attach the design file to your request.
- Support uploads it for you and confirms once it is on the order.
- You can also upload it yourself: sign in, open the order and use the Upload button next to the order number.
- If your artwork is not ready at checkout, choose Upload Files Later; the order gets its order number and waits for the files before production.
- Website uploads take files up to 150MB; send larger files by WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive link, with the order number in the subject line.
- A rep reviews the new file and posts a proof if you chose one, and the most recent upload is the one printed.
