What if I receive the incorrect quantity?

More is always better on our end, so extras are a normal part of some orders. In certain cases you may receive additional pieces at no extra charge.
- A few extra pieces can show up on an order without any added cost.
- If you ever receive fewer pieces than you ordered, that is worth flagging as soon as you notice it.
- Contact support with your order or job reference number and a clear ordered versus received count so we can review it.
- Keep the packing slip handy, and include photos of the packaging and contents if you can, since they speed up the review.
- Our team will confirm the quantity, check with the shipper if needed, and make it right if you came up short, which may mean a refund or a replacement.
