Folding errors on scored or folded products are correctable, and a reprint is the usual path once the issue is confirmed.
- Contact customer support with your order number and photos that show the misaligned fold or score.
- Mention the fold type you selected so it can be checked against production, for example half fold, tri-fold, z-fold, or gate fold.
- Once verified, a corrected reprint is arranged.
