Why might my online proof show slightly different positioning than my submitted artwork?
Answer
Online proofs can occasionally display minor visual glitches or small shifts in positioning that do not reflect the actual printed output. In most cases the difference is just how the proof is rendered on screen, not a change to your file.
If the positioning looks off, here is the fastest way to get clarity:
- Capture both: take a screenshot of your original artwork and a screenshot of the proof.
- Contact 4OVER4: send both images to the support team so they can compare them directly.
- Get confirmation: they will tell you whether it is a system display issue or an actual production change.
More often than not the proof is simply corrected in the system, and your design prints as you intended.
