Why does my dashboard show 'submitted for approval' when my proof has already been approved?

Sometimes the dashboard still reads 'submitted for approval' even after your proof has been approved and accepted. In most cases this is just a status label that has not caught up, not a sign that your approval did not go through.

• Check the proof details: look at the section below the status for the approval timestamp and the agent name.
• Confirm it processed: if you see an approval time and name, your proof was accepted.
• What it means: once approved, your order has already been sent to production regardless of the top-line status wording.
