Some products do not surface the free online proof choice on the checkout screen, but you can still get a proof. The trick is to place the order first so the system has something to attach the proof to.
- Complete checkout and place the order so it is created in the system.
- Contact support once the order exists and request free online proofs.
- The team reviews your file and posts the proof to your account.
You will get an email notification when the proof is ready to view and authorize for production, so nothing prints until you approve.
