Which side of a postcard do you write the address on?

On a standard postcard the address goes on the back, on the right half of the card. The layout is consistent across USPS and most international postal services, which keeps machines and mail carriers reading it correctly.
- Front: your image or design, the full canvas for visuals.
- Back, right half: the recipient's address and the postage.
- Back, left half: your personal message or marketing copy.
When you set up a mailer design, leave the right side of the back clear for the address block and any postal barcodes so nothing overlaps the delivery information.
