What tracking information will I receive with my shipping confirmation?
Answer
When your order leaves the facility you receive a shipping confirmation email that carries everything you need to follow the package to your door.
- The email includes the carrier name and a clickable tracking link.
- It ties the tracking number back to your order number so the two are easy to match.
- It shows the shipping method used and, once the carrier scans the package, an estimated delivery date.
- If the link will not open or the number is missing, contact support with your order number and they can read you the carrier tracking number directly.
- Give it up to 24 hours after the email arrives for tracking to show its first scan.
