Answer
After you approve an order it moves through a set production path before tracking is created.

| Approved | Order enters production |
| Production complete | Passes to quality control inspection |
| QC passed | Order is boxed and shipped |
| Shipped | Confirmation email with tracking sent once the carrier creates the label |
Tracking appears at the shipping stage, once the carrier generates the label.
