How do I find tracking numbers for my orders?

You can pull tracking numbers straight from your account in a few steps.

• Log into your account and open your orders page.
• Find the actions button or drop-down on the right side of the order.
• Select "Shipping/Tracking" to view the number.
• Tracking only appears after the job ships, so an in-production order will not show it yet.
• If tracking is not available yet, contact support by live chat or email.

The tracking number is also emailed in the shipping notification when your order dispatches, so check your inbox plus spam and promotions folders. Enter the number on the carrier's website, such as UPS, for live status and the delivery estimate, and allow up to 24 hours after shipping for the first scan to post. Orders that ship in multiple boxes may have more than one tracking number.
