How can I receive an update on my order status?

In your account, you have a "Notifications" area where you can control the types of updates you wish to receive by email, by SMS, or both.
- By default, when you create an account, all notifications for status updates are enabled to be sent via email.
- Updates go to the email address tied to your 4OVER4 account, so to route them to a particular inbox, set that address as the primary contact on your account.
- You will receive email notifications when your order prints, is cut, and is packaged.
- A final notification tells you the order is either ready for pickup or has shipped out to your location.
- You can also log in at any time to view live printing and shipping status for each order.
