What should I do if my uploaded image looks different in color (e.g., greener) than my original file?

If your uploaded image looks off in color, for example greener than your original, request free online proofs when you place the order. That puts real eyes on your files before anything prints.

How it works:

• Add free online proofs to your order at checkout
• The file rep department reviews your files for color and setup issues
• They contact you by email if they spot a problem

This applies whether you exported in RGB or CMYK. You do not need to fully place the order first either, since you can generate the order and request proofs at checkout, then decide once the files have been reviewed.
