What should I do if I have difficulty uploading files?
Answer
Most upload trouble comes down to file resolution or size, and 4OVER4 checks every file before it goes to press so nothing prints blurry. Depending on what the check finds, you will either get a warning attached to your online proof or an email flagging the problem so you can fix it.
- Passable but low: 4OVER4 posts a resolution warning with your proofs. You can approve as-is or upload a sharper file.
- Not usable: you receive an email titled "Problem With Files" describing the issue, and you resubmit a higher-resolution version.
- Best practice: build artwork at 300 DPI at final size so it holds detail at print scale.
Files over 150MB cannot be uploaded during checkout.
