How long does it take to receive proofs after uploading files?

After you place your order and upload files, the file review team checks them and posts a free online proof in your account under the order number. You get an email the moment it is ready.
- Most digital proofs are ready within minutes when the product qualifies for auto-proofing, otherwise in about 20 minutes or within one business day; complex or multi-page artwork takes a little longer, and timing shifts with order volume.
- Files are reviewed Monday through Friday, so weekend and holiday orders get proofs the next working day.
- Print-ready files move fastest; if a fix is flagged, the proof waits until it is resolved.
- Check both your email and your account dashboard.
- Review the proof, then approve it or request edits; changes produce a new proof.
- Turnaround counts from proof approval, not from payment, so approve promptly.
If more time has passed than expected, contact support with your order number and they will locate your proof.
