If the front and back appear swapped on your proof, do not approve it. Flag it right away so the layout can be corrected before printing.
- Contact support immediately and clearly describe the issue.
- Do not approve the proofs until the layout is corrected.
- Support revises and resends the proofs for your review.
- Approve only once the front and back are correctly placed.
