Are all fonts available for both the front and back of my design?

The same font library is available for both the front and the back of your design inside the online design tool, so a typeface you use on one side can also be used on the other. If a font seems to be missing on the back, it is almost always a browser display glitch rather than a real limitation.

• Refresh the page so the font list reloads fully.
• Clear your browser cache, then reopen the design tool.
• Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out a cached session.
• If the font still will not appear, contact support and name the exact font so the team can check it.

In most cases a refresh or cache clear restores the full font selection on both sides.
