Answer
After you approve the proofs, there is one more step: you must authorize the order to send it to print. Approval alone confirms the artwork, while authorization releases it to production.
- Log into your account and open the order.
- Select your shipping address.
- Choose your shipping method.
- Authorize the order to move it into production.
