Always submit high-resolution files when requesting proofs. Low-resolution uploads can trigger error messages during proof generation and, even when they process, they do not represent how a sharp file will print.
- Provide hi-res artwork at 300 DPI or greater for accurate proofs.
- Low-res files may fail or stall the proofing tool.
- A clean proof from a hi-res file confirms your layout before production.
- Review the proof for content and placement, then approve to move forward.
