Question
What file format and resolution do you require for print jobs?
Answer
Print-ready PDF built at full size and high resolution is the format that reproduces most reliably. It locks fonts, layout, and images into one predictable file.
| Spec | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Format | Print-ready PDF |
| Resolution | 300 DPI minimum |
| Size | Actual, final size (100 percent) |
| Color | CMYK |
| Bleed | 1/8 inch on each side |
If a file is rejected as too small, confirm it meets the 300 DPI minimum and is built at actual size, then resubmit.
