What do I do if I approved a proof but found a typo in my design?

Approved files are locked, so edits are not possible once you sign off. Your best move is to contact support right away.

• Files cannot be modified or edited after they are approved.
• Reach out to support immediately with your order number.
• If the order has not yet entered production, it may be pulled so you can upload a corrected file.
• Speed matters. The sooner you flag the typo, the better the odds of catching it in time.
