Question
Can I place a new order using the same design from a previous order but with different information?
Answer
Yes. You can reuse a design from a past order on a new run and change details like names or contact information.
- Place a new order for the product and add it to your cart.
- In the cart comments (step 1), note that you want to use the design from your previous order.
- Spell out exactly what should change, such as different names or information.
- Choose free online proofs so a file representative can post the updated proof for your approval before printing.
