Question
Can 4OVER4 assist with design services or file corrections?
Answer
Yes. 4OVER4 has a design team that can step in on certain file issues, especially technical problems that would otherwise cause trouble on press. Contact your account representative with the specifics and they will see what the team can do.
Common fixes the design team can help with:
- Thickening hairlines that are too thin to print cleanly
- Closing small gaps or overlaps in the artwork
- Minor cleanup so the file processes correctly
- Confirming bleed and safe-zone setup
Send a clear note of what you need reviewed, and the team will let you know whether it is a quick correction or a larger job.
