Designs from past orders are often still saved in your 4OVER4 account, even years later. The most common reason a file seems missing is that it lives under a different email address than the one you are logged into.

• Log in and check your saved designs and order history.
• If you use more than one email with 4OVER4, sign in to each account to see where the design is stored.
• If you still cannot find it, contact customer service with the details of the original order and they can help locate the file.
• Once found, save it to your active account so it is easy to reorder later.
