How do I retrieve a design I saved online?

Designs you save in the online design tool stay tied to your account, so they can be pulled back up later.

• Look in the saved designs section of your account first
• Be signed in to the same account you used to create the design
• Email support with the design file name if you cannot find it
• Once retrieved, reload it into the design tool to keep editing or order

In Saved Designs you can keep several versions, such as separate business cards for different employees, and order one as is or keep editing first. Files and specs from past orders are also in Order History, where you can reorder or start a new project from them, and the Files section of your account lists every file you have used. If you still cannot find a design, contact support with your order number.
