How do I retrieve a design I saved online?

Designs you save in the online design tool stay tied to your account, so they can be pulled back up later.

• Look in the saved designs section of your account first
• Be signed in to the same account you used to create the design
• Email support with the design file name if you cannot find it
• Once retrieved, reload it into the design tool to keep editing or order
