How does the proof process work for my print order?

The proof is your preview and your sign-off before anything is printed. 4OVER4 sends proofs of your design once your files are processed, and production only begins after you approve them.

The flow is straightforward:

• Review: open the proof and look closely at your design.
• Request changes: if something needs fixing, reject the proof and note what to change.
• Approve: once it looks right, approve it and the order moves into production.

When you review, always check these four things:

• Text content: proofread every word and number.
• Placement: confirm logos and images sit where you want them.
• Colors: check that colors look correct.
• Alignment: make sure elements line up and nothing is clipped at the edges.
