If the digital or free online proof option is not selectable at checkout for your item, ask support to add it so your order does not go straight to production.

• Contact the support team with your order number.
• Request that the order be updated to include free online proofs.
• This prevents the job from going directly to production.
• You then get to review and approve a proof first.
